From our base in the heart of the Cotswolds, J C Tye and Son are able to source Natural Cotswold Stone products from the local quarries in our area.
Dry Stone Walling is supplied from stock in bulk builders’ bags and is available in three shade variations, cream, grey and honey coloured.
Natural Cotswold Building Stone is available to order. This product can be supplied in two variations. Rough Dressed Stone, as its name suggests, is a more ‘rustic’ building material. The stone is sold in irregular bed heights, and is perfectly suited to properties where a traditional, historic look is desired.
Sawn and Split Building Stone is sawn to set course heights as required, then ‘rumbled’ to knock off sharp corners and edges. This type of stone is easier to work with than rough dressed stone, and creates a more symmetrical finished look to the stone work.
Both of the Building Stone variations are available in three distinct shades of either honey, grey or cream.
